Talento Search Group has an opening for an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the Batavia, Illinois area. This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is $28-38 per hour, depending on experience.
Position Summary:
The maintenance technician is responsible for performing preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and making repairs to all electrical and mechanical machines within the facility and building.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting equipment with electrical skill-sets
- enhance of existing and new electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics and drawings
- Ensure a safe workplace
- Perform preventive mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Assist with facilities maintenance as necessary
Experience Needed:
- Strong skill-sets in industrial mechanical and electrical repairs
- Prefer at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Knowledgeable of hydraulics and electrical AC/DC drives
